SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to F.SAARTI. We are committed to delivering our products with the highest standards of service and care. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

F.SAARTI currently ships within Lebanon and to selected international destinations across:

  • Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries
  • Europe
  • Middle East
  • North America
  • Asia
  • Other eligible international destinations

Shipping availability is confirmed during checkout.


2. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Lebanese public holidays.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, or exceptional circumstances, processing times may be extended.


3. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination country
  • Parcel weight and dimensions
  • Shipping service selected

Applicable shipping fees will be displayed before payment is completed.


4. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery estimates begin once the order has been dispatched.

Lebanon

Estimated delivery:
3–5 business days

GCC Countries

(UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar)

Estimated delivery:
5–10 business days

Europe

Estimated delivery:
7–14 business days

North America

Estimated delivery:
7–15 business days

Other International Destinations

Estimated delivery:
7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Flight or transportation disruptions
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Political or security situations
  • Force majeure events

5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Shipment tracking link
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment through the tracking information provided.

6. CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES & IMPORT FEES

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Clearance charges
  • Government fees
  • These charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

F.SAARTI has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount.

Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are non-refundable.


7. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

F.SAARTI shall not be responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts caused by inaccurate information

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.


8. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If a package cannot be delivered due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Failure to pay customs duties
  • Incorrect shipping details

The shipment may be returned to the sender.

Any return shipping charges, customs fees, storage fees, or reshipment costs shall be the responsibility of the customer.


9. LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Photographs of the package
  • Photographs of the damaged item(s)

For lost shipments, F.SAARTI will initiate an investigation with the carrier.

Claims may require up to 30 business days depending on the carrier's procedures.

F.SAARTI reserves the right to determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate after completion of the investigation.

Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier may not qualify for replacement or refund.


10. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Certain countries, regions, or addresses may be restricted due to:

  • Carrier limitations
  • Customs regulations
  • Trade sanctions
  • Security concerns

F.SAARTI reserves the right to refuse or cancel shipments to restricted destinations.


11. SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped in separate packages.

In such cases, customers will receive tracking information for each shipment.

No additional shipping charges will be applied unless previously agreed.


12. DELIVERY DELAYS

While F.SAARTI works with trusted international carriers, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Airline or transportation disruptions
  • Government actions
  • Natural disasters
  • Political events
  • Force majeure circumstances

Delivery dates are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee.


13. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer service team.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to shipping and handling charges.
