Shipping and Returns

DELIVERY INFORMATION

F.SAARTI has partnered with leading global logistics provider, to ensure that all items arrive safely to the end customer. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that provides you with a tracking number that you can use to track your package online.

For local and international shipping, choose your item, proceed to checkout, and check your shipping cost before the payment is processed.

Shipping to addresses outside Lebanon may be subject to duties. These charges are in addition to the purchase price and any shipping charge. You are required to pay the associated tax and other duties required by your country’s governmental regulations. Your package will include a copy of your actual invoice, and the custom office will determine any applicable fees.

ORDER

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of the products. The Site will confirm the order within 3 working days of the placement date.

We aim to describe the item(s) on the Website as correctly as possible. However, as a result of different image acquisition, display technologies or other technical reasons, minor differences in color and other variations in item(s) are possible. We cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

EXCHANGE

We accept exchange of items for these reasons only:

– Another size or color of the item upon availability.

We do not accept Exchange for the below reasons:

– Items that have been worn.
– Items without their original tags.
– For in store exchange, present your invoice or gift slip.
– For remote exchange, send an email to sales@fsaarti.com within 7 days specifying new required size/color to be reserved.
– Make any additional payment if it exists.
– Return goods within 7 days of the date of your delivered item through any postal carrier to F.SAARTI.
– The return address should be stated on the pre-printed shipping label supplied with your goods. – Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. The customer will incur any shipping costs for such exchanges, unless the Site did not comply with the order. – Exchanges received outside of the above stated time frames might not be processed.
– International customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside Lebanon. – We strongly advise all shoppers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

We offer a flexible exchange policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of exchange made by customers, and continued exchanges will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.

RETURN

We accept return/ refund of items for these reasons only:

– Only damaged and faulty items can be returned or refunded for store credits or online credits, valid for a period of 15 days.
– No return for items that have been worn.
– No return/refund for items without their original tags.
– No return/refund for shoes without their original designer complete packaging.
– For in store return, present your invoice or gift slip.
– For remote return/refund, send an email to sales@fsaarti.com within 7 days along with a picture of the damaged or faulty item(s).
– Your request to return/refund the item(s) will be carefully examined and approval of the latter may not be withheld arbitrarily.
– Return goods within 7 days of the date of your receipt through any postal carrier to F.SAARTI’s store.
– We request that returns are shipped through the same Shipping company for the Lebanon orders. Otherwise, we do not hold any liability.
– All items returned as faulty or damaged will be inspected and any items deemed to have been subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
– The return address should be stated on the pre-printed shipping label supplied with your goods. – When possible, items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable. – Returns received outside the above time frames are not accepted at the discretion of the Site, otherwise the goods will be retained until your reclamation and payment of the shipping charges.
